BAD, BAD memories! My company car was 2 weeks old. It was dark, it was raining. I finally found a parking space in front of the customer-entrance of ALDI. I´ve seen the ALDI-trucks taken the new loading place behind ALDI often.
Next day. Car is gone (luckily it was a Saturday!!!!). I nearly got a heart attack. Even in sunshine you could hardly see the old marks for the trucks.
These days I would ... well, a lawyer is a bit much, but really. They´d towed it away. Luckily Ingo has a car, it would´ve been a 40-minutes-walk for a "young", healthy person to the police-station to find out what happened and a at least 60 minutes walk to the where they towed it to. That´s whatt the city of Braunschweig do when they need money... Sad.
Eso si es empezar mal el dia. Saludos

Either the car broke down, or was illegally parked. Either way it is not a good day for the car owner.
ReplyDeleteProbably illegally parked. High fine and penalty

ReplyDeleteLets hope it was an easy and not too expensive fix/repair.
All the best Jan
