  8. He is a cutie! Over here all the dogs are not allowed to go into the stores...they have to wait outside for their owners.

  9. His tail will be wagging in a couple of minutes when his human friend returns. In the meantime I am sure that many passers-by offer a friendly greeting.

  10. This one is a cutie. Dogs have natural fear of their owner not returning. That is why they express their extreme happiness when they return.

  11. Oh what a sweetie. Just think of the tales it could tell. It's amazing how many people do take their pets into the store or library here. Its for both their anxieties.

  22. Or He Is Happy To Be Out And About Without That Loud Idiot Box Blaring In His Ears - And If You Could Read His Thoughts," You Gotta Treat There Mr??"

  23. Poor dog. You don't see that here in Oklahoma as other areas where people tie their pets up.

  24. Awwww....I LOVE DOGS....I would have kept him company until his grrr owner came back to relieve him of his stress!!! I live rural now, but when I lived in the city I hated seeing people tying up their dogs while they shopped...poor things must be wondering why their owners left them behind!!! Okay, enough of my empathy lol...it's a beautiful photo Bill! :)

  25. Él no puede entender, que no lo pueda acompañar. Seguramente saltará de alegría, cuando regrese y lo desate de allí.

  35. Aww wee fella. I don't like to see dogs tied up when the owner are in the shops. I do worry they might get stolen and usually stand outside with the dog until the owner gets back.
