  5. Hello,
Looks like a big roof job, replacing all the wood.
Take care, have a happy day!

  6. Yes, nowadays those things go on in their entirety. The nicest thing is the folding roof. It hinges in the ridge and is placed all over the house, so you have a roof in 1 day.

  9. It would become beautiful when they put a sloping roof.

  10. Luckily there is a telehandler, so workers do not experience the hassle of climbing and descending the steps of the stairs.
    Great photography, Bill.

  13. Telehandlers are wonderful machines. We have used them to help put roofs on Habitat houses. They do much of the heavy lifting.

  14. It's taking some heavy equipment to get those supplies up there.

  15. I hope they are careful, I've seen a few of those machines tip over.

  17. Dear Bill,
    you made another fascinating observation!

Thanks for your nice comments. Wow, you lived in Alaska? That was a fascinating time for sure! But cold ... I can understand why the cats didn't want to stay outside for long at -40F 🥶 Oh, and you're a glove collector 😉 Thanks for the tip, now I have an idea what might have happened to my red glove 😜...
    Have a good time!
