I know that as child I could hours peering into the puddles of water between the stones that are like a kind of aquariums with all kinds of critters. By the way, still like to do it. So I hope you to Bill.
Everything is always beautifully green there. And I never heard of a full moon low tide (in Marie's comment). I've only heard of full moon high tides. Aug 15! (I'm hoping to get some full moon photos, but I think it's going to be overcast where I am in Connecticut US.)

ReplyDeleteThat is a nice picture to see all the different colours in nature.
ReplyDelete...at higher latitudes you sure get extreme tides!
ReplyDeleteI live too far inland to see the tide. But every year I do travel to Nova Scotia and get the treat of watching the tides.
ReplyDeleteRich in vegetation.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you, Bill.
It would be quite wonderful to poke around in those tidepools.
ReplyDeleteUm belo olhar e aproveito para desejar uma boa semana.

ReplyDeleteThe kind of muddy estuaries that we have in huge supply in East Anglia. Splendid places if you're interested in wildlife.
ReplyDeleteQuite different there at high tide.
ReplyDeleteI love watching the tides and I don't get to see it very often. I find it a bit mysterious.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting to see what the water hides when it's not there.
ReplyDeleteSchön das Bild von der Ebbe die Landschaft ist dadurch eine andere.
