Looks like something you would see flying along country roads in the 1920's Bill, the female passenger's headscarf flying behind in the wind, it's a classic 😊
There are a couple of people I've seen here with side cars to their motorbikes. I imagine they'll still be on the roads until the end of next month, but after that, those things are sheltered until the end of April.
Muito bonita e bem conservada esta bela moto.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.

You don't see them on the road anymore. We used to see them years ago on the road with the wife aside, somethimes with child on the lap :)
ReplyDeleteHa Bill. It must be a Russian Dnepr or Ural motorcycle. As commuter on a motorcycle myself in the seventies I remember these. Now you see them seldom.
ReplyDeleteHoi Bill, Prachtig deze motor met zijspan, helaas zie je ze niet zo veel meer.
ReplyDeleteGroetjes kees.
...old school.

ReplyDeleteSeeing a motorcycle here with a sidecar is a rare sight.
ReplyDeleteIt's a beauty. I wish...
ReplyDeleteHi Bill
ReplyDeleteBeautiful motor.
Groettie from Patricia.
Very well preserved!!
ReplyDeleteTo walk on that street and look at the water all the time must be so wonderful!!
That is pretty darn cute! I haven't seen a motorcycle side car in ages.
ReplyDeleteThat sidecar is bigger than the motorcycle. And, I haven't seen one of these for years, either. Thanks for sharing - most interesting!

ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun way to get around!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely, Bill! I have not seen one of these with a sidecar in so long!
ReplyDeleteA classic & not very common so it makes for a real treat to see it! Nice to see it from all sides!
ReplyDeleteThat's an interesting machine! You got all the different views.
ReplyDeleteVery cool, Bill! There don't seem to be any decals on it at all.
ReplyDeleteI have ridden on the back of a motorcycle, but this does make me wonder what it would be like to ride in a sidecar!
ReplyDeleteMakes me think of that show Hogan's Hero's for some reason!
ReplyDeleteIt is a Ural motorcycle from Russia.
ReplyDeleteNeat blog.
Whatever it may be it appears to be in pretty good shape...and ready for an adventure!
ReplyDeleteLovely sidecar. You cannot often see it.
ReplyDeleteThat is a VERY large sidecar. Probably very comfortable! Nice photos...
ReplyDeleteI never quite understood the idea of a sidecar on a motorcycle. Turns a rebel into a grandpa.
