  1. Hi Bill.

Sometimes a dilapidated house like this can be renovated beautifully.
It costs a bit of money.

    Greetings from Patricia.

  4. A house that needs a lot of repairs and renovation, but it could certainly become a very welcoming home.
It seems like an interesting business, whether to buy and live in, or perhaps fix it up and sell it again.

  6. Sounds like a big project. It is interesting to see these buildings from your part of the world that remind me of buildings I'd seen in my childhood living in the hill country of Texas.

  8. How interesting...especially with the realty company's name being the same as my last name! Think that's a sign that we should move to Ireland? :)

  9. Looks like the potential new owner will have to pour some cash into fixing the place up, but it certainly has some potential. Would love to see it with a new thatched roof! Why don't you put in an offer, Bill?

  11. You've done a good job spreading the word about this building, but I'm afraid without a roof for a good while, it will have a lot of structural problems too. I'll pass.

  12. Sad to see this building fall into disrepair. Thatched roofs do not last forever.

  13. It looks like this has been vacant for a long time but because it's a simple building they should be able to renovate it.

  24. Boy, that is so expensive for a place that is basically just 4 walls. I have noticed that property in Ireland is pricey!
