Magheroarty Pier, co. Donegal. This where you catch the ferry to Tory Island.
from a bank to a hardware store.
Many bank branches are closing rapidly over here...so many houses like this stay empty.
It really doesn't look like a shop Bill.
Nice building.God bless.
Interesting change.
I am assuming that is the back of the store.
That's the front--facing the main road. Very understated--LOL
My bank is in Frankfurt only, some 300 km away... all is online... If that fails... you´re lost. Kinda dumb.
...a new life.
It's good that a new use has been found for it.
It is fun to see how old bank buildings are now reused!
Awesome to see a hardware store there. It seems Lowes and Minnards among others are taking over many places here.
It does not look like shop. I am glad it has a new use.Take care, enjoy your day and have a great week!
It doesn't look like a store. : )
This is a very small and unassuming hardware store. Unfortunately we have lost most of our hardware stores since a big box store moved into town.
No architecture award, but you can probably find what you are looking for.
I would never know that's a store!
Hopefully You Are Enjoying The Digs There Mr Bill Keep Exploring ,Cheers
Great repurposing of this space, Bill. Happy Sunday!
Diversos usos se le ha dado a este deificio. Los que estuvieron antes lo abandonaron por un local más moderno.Que te vaya bien la semana que mañana vamos a empezar.
Well, that's good use of resources.
That might come in handy.
A funny switch from a bank to DIY! Nice sky in the background :-D
Beautiful store. You have a beautiful header on your blog. Greets
The background is very nice. At least they found some use for the building.
Such a simple little building. It does look more like a hardware store than a bank Your header picture! WOW!
That's an unusual one, Bill.
