  3. Wonderful sighting! Oh, our truck got in a wreck with someone in the library parking lot over the summer in the blood mobile. They are very busy.

  6. Mine doesn't, I guess. Last time I checked into it they didn't want blood from us old people. I wonder if that is always the case?

  7. We have regular blood drives around here, too. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to give blood. I wish I could.

  11. I used to donate. But these days if I do, I am sooooo tired for 2-3 weeks ... I quit.

  17. We have a niece who is a nurse, and she used to travel with the American Red Cross mobile unit. She enjoyed her job with them.

  23. It's a big red bus in Florida, which kind of gives me the creeps. (But I've still donated when it comes to our neighborhood).

  24. The only places I've seen them where I live is at Walmart or Lowe's. And like Sallie, I live in Florida and they are big and red.
