Oh, it reminds me of an old episode of Wagon Train that I watched with someone recently. It was carrying too little boys on the trail and of course, it was full of life's lessons for the boys. They do have a way of keeping the coyotes away from the sheep too.
Bill, querido amigo, muy tierno. Parece cansado pero igual posó para la foto, quiere ser popular, me encantó. Abrazos y besitos que tengas un feliz día querido amigo
It is a tired looking donkey. I love donkeys, they are such unlikely animals. My wife's cousin in western Oklahoma has several for his cattle herd. They kill coyotes on sight.
Oh yes, sooooo tired 😴💤! I think they sleep while standing upright - I saw a baby donkey do that once.... All the best and have a nice weekend, dear Bill Traude https://rostrose.blogspot.com/2024/08/kelten-katzen-und-mehr-sommer.html

They seem to be such gentle creatures, Bill. Hope he had a nap. ;-)
ReplyDeleteDonkeys are animals that usually get very little respect. I hope this fellow gets the rest he needs.
ReplyDeleteEste bello burrito, me hace recordar, la gran obra literaria de Juan Ramón Jiménez titulada Platero y yo.
