It must be great to have a harbour to visit nearby. I love water and boats.
Love the view! Being near the water is the best place in the world for me to be. I freeze when it's 72° but I still love being at the water no matter how cold it is. I just bundle up good.
...whether the boats will be taken out of the water over the winter?
Some of the owners will take their boats out and store them, others will just leave them and check on them.
