Fish canners...I never thought about that, as canned fish isn't much of a thing here in the US, except for tuna and salmon. I like the barber shop sign too--that's a natty fella there.
I love fish in the ocean, lake and aquariums, but not in my belly, other than cod. I like the name of the restaurant, it's cute! Love that Barber Shop sign!
