sweeney hotel

in Dungloe has still got a long way to go to get to the finish line.  This is the back of the hotel.  I took this photo last week when I was in town.

  17. Are these houses historical buildings or are the houses made of stone like that in your place?

    1. The Sweeney hotel is over 100 years old and classified a historical building. They started working on it this year after we got off lockdown. This is the back and they are going to make parking spaces and add an addition to the main building.

  20. It sometimes seems like such a long time for a building to go up, but I'm sure the finished product will be beautiful!

  24. Weather looks cold but workers are still working there. I think 100 years old hotel deserves it.
