It's always interesting to consider what the power that the turbines generate might be going to...industry for sure, but also maybe hospitals, or restaurants, and homes.
Certainly, modern times like this everywhere. We have lots on the plains of Texas as well on the prairie here, but I love how you captured it so well where you are.
I think wind turbines are one of the most beautiful non--natural sites I ever see on a road and I love coming upon one. So graceful and elegantly designed. I know they have their problems with nature but we must have more and more renewable energy options.
Turbine eoliche deturpano l'ambiente!
ReplyDeleteHi Bill
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo. It's a shame those wind turbines are ruining nature.
Greetings from Patricia.
Agreed.
DeleteSometimes you wonder where all that electricity is going.
ReplyDeleteNot nice, but helpful.
ReplyDeleteThey are ugly and mar the landscape, but necessary as part of the transition to clean energy. As we know, however, some countries are going backwards.
ReplyDeleteCornelian dilemma.
DeleteThe current Swedish Government are doing their best to stop every wind project, this looks good enough.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful view, the wind turbines are not pretty but they are helpful.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a wonderful week!
I am just grateful that I don't have to live around those giants...that would be too bloody loud.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful landscape
ReplyDeleteIf you close your eyes to the wind turbines
Beautiful sky and clouds ⛅️ 💙

ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of them! It's annoying, they're coming here pretty close to us!!!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes, Bill. God bless.
ReplyDelete...their cousins are here too.
ReplyDeleteWe are seeing more and more wind turbines in our area. Good that we now have more renewable energy that is not adding to climate change.

ReplyDeleteI saw lots of them in British Columbia.
ReplyDeleteWindmills have been a pain in the energy neck over here, Bill. Great photo, though.
ReplyDeleteAqui no Brasil temos várias e espalhadas pelo país inteiro. Energia limpa e renovável. Mais precisa ser usada, nos lugares certos.
ReplyDeleteInteresting photo.
ReplyDeleteThat's a really nice picture.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteBuen parque eólico en un bello paisaje. me gusta las nubes que aparece en el cielo.
ReplyDeleteQue tengas una buena semana.
I find them mesmerizing to watch.

ReplyDeleteLove those turbines...sort of sci-fi yet comforting.
ReplyDeleteThe turbines are looking ok but out of place to a degree. See the tip of the mountain. Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteGood view.
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of them!
ReplyDeleteAh, Trump's favorites! :-)
ReplyDeleteWe watched the wind turbines making electricity today while we were out and about.
ReplyDeleteIts It's so cool how the wind turbines are just a part of the landscape now.
