Sheep Haven Bay, that sounds "cute". Well done those steps. It can be so simple, right? The sky looks like ours today, grey, 18C... Yet... a day to enjoy, right?
Dry stone walls (as opposed to those with mortar) can last many generations. I have a friend who builds them and teaches the skill to others. This mason was clever enough to include a way to go over the wall!
This is almost an optical illusion from the angle you shot it! very tricky for someone with poor eyesight like me hahaha Super lovely! Hoping weather is great there my friend Bill!
That is very clever. Ingenious.

ReplyDeleteA stair made for eternity. Great shot and work Bill.

ReplyDeleteThat is quite a narrow set of stone steps, perhaps only for use by very wee folks, Bill. or perhaps merely decorative effects.
ReplyDeleteIn my more limber/younger days, I would have scampered up those steps.
ReplyDeleteWalls like these last for ages.
