Dungloe, Co. Donegal
The only person I see emphasizes once again how empty Ireland actually is. Nice shot Bill.
She seems to be one with the fence, didn't see her at first sight :)
Not much going on you say... but the good thing is you don't have the hustle bustle of big city life.
...good eye, she blends with the fence!
A lady near me used to feed the birds. At one time she was feeding around 300 assorted pigeons and doves. The neighbours were not happy when they had to clean their cars!

What a generous soul!: )
Such a sweet picture. I wish you a nice weekend.
You were both brave for venturing out in such weather! Hope your weekend is great!
Birds are incredible creatures! Great photo!
I know it's hard to imagine Bill, but I really wish this was our weather this weekend as opposed to the 36C it's actually going to be.. come on, let's swap 😀
I love seeing this!
Nice. Is it cold in your area too (the woman wears a hat)
What a wonderful sight to see! When I lived in the part of the country that gets really cold, I always put something out for the wintering birds.
How nice of her! Even in the rain!
Your weather doth look rather dreary and cold. I think, as someone else mentioned, I'd prefer this lady stop feeding the birds as such feeding leads to a lot of poop everywhere in the vicinity! :) Is it true that Ireland is almost empty as another writer suggested above?
Ha Bill. nee de regen weerhoudt je ervan naar buiten te gaan, maar wel leuk om de vogeltjes te bekijken van binnen uit. HiHiGroet Kees.
very nice capture ! :)
I think food for them is very welcome, especially now when winter is starting.
The birds probably wait for her! She has a good soul.
Wonderful shot, Bill.
This looks like it could have been taken in my small town. I love it.
Sweet lady to think of the birds.
I like how the wires converge above where the woman is standing. And she blends in very well with the color of the fence. A nice moment.
... nice to see.All the best Jan
