Ya nadie puede pasar un rato sin el móvil, aunque entrañe un peligro en el lugar que se encuentra. En cuanto al tejado, está quedando bastante bien. Un abrazo.
Seems they are taking advantage of the repairs to gain another deposit in place of the balcony. Great pictures, dear Bill. Have a great weekend. A hug. 🧣🔥🌈
I would cling on the construction for dear life if I suddenly found myself up there! And really. What did people do pre-cellphones? I went on a long walk to the doc this morning and announced, you cannot reach me, I leave my cell at home. I am still alive.
He's probably checking the weather report to see if he has time for a teabreak before it starts to rain again. Phones are a necessary curse these days. Can't live without 'em.
It looks like they are definitely making progress...and I love your comment about the phone being a high priority regardless of where you are. Made me chuckle.
A one man job!
ReplyDeleteLavori utilissimi.Ciao Bill
ReplyDeleteThat's the way it is these days.

ReplyDelete...it's an addiction.
ReplyDeleteI would be scared to be up on the roof, the worker is brave to stand and check his phone. Take care, have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteI am amazed that they are permitted to work without safety harness or attachment of any kind. One slip…..
ReplyDeleteOrdering a pizza ! 🍕
ReplyDeleteThat's very dangerous!
ReplyDeleteOh, that's a good one, but everyone is always on their phone.
ReplyDeleteWhat We Are Willing To Do For Service There Mr Bill
ReplyDeleteStay Hip ,
Cheers
A high priority indeed!
ReplyDeleteNice construction on the old way.
ReplyDeleteBom dia. Uma excelente quinta-feira, com muita paz e saúde. Conservação do telhado e sem segurança. Grande abraço carioca.
ReplyDeleteWonder what is the frequency of repairing the roof.
ReplyDeleteNot the sort of job getting done here today with all this snow.
ReplyDeleteWork is progressing! Hopefully the rain won't start before the roof is fixed.

ReplyDeleteAt least there is scaffolding at the edge of the roof. Perhaps he is checking to see where the materials are to finish the roof?
ReplyDeleteWe had a construction project nearby and I was surprised how much time workers spent time looking at their phones.
ReplyDeleteAs I detest heights, the photo of the guy on the roof simply freaked me out! Do we ever put those phones down, even for a minute? Blessings, Bill!
ReplyDeleteMaybe an urgent message. Have a nice weekend !
ReplyDeleteIt is like that all over the world.Hope he got safe before the bad weather came
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they are definitely making progress...and I love your comment about the phone being a high priority regardless of where you are. Made me chuckle.
ReplyDeleteI hope he has a good sense of balance.
ReplyDeleteYou told an entire story into photos and a caption! Nicely done Aloha
ReplyDeleteI had to wait for the cashier at the grocery store finished on their phone before I got service the other day. People are addicted.
ReplyDeletePeople are always on their phones no matter where they are.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure he uses his mobile phone purely for work. ;-)
ReplyDeleteLike it! I think he's ordering his lunch in one of the cafés.
ReplyDeleteThat is so hazardous!
ReplyDeleteIt's a long way up there. Hope they get the roof done before the bad weather comes.
ReplyDeleteBuenas fotos. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteGosh! That is a high building.
ReplyDeleteIt seems no matter where you are messages etc on your phone need checking!
All the best Jan
