Hi! There, the wind generates electricity. Have you been near them? Are they loud? There are a lot of them coming here near us. Not nice! I've been nearby other places when they're running. It's not quiet at all.

Interesting, one sees them in many places these days.
ReplyDeleteUgly, but if it gets us away from fossil fuels that’s a good thing.
ReplyDeleteLooks so cloudy....
ReplyDeleteI am mesmerized whenever I see these. I love watching them so much, I can't keep my eyes on the road when driving.
ReplyDeleteYes, we have them too here everywhere.
ReplyDeleteHow much electricity do they need to keep them going round and round?
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
From my Brother´s porch you see one - but just the upper third. Kinda irritating!
ReplyDeleteRemarkable looks like the Netherlands.
ReplyDeleteOh, we got them in most of the states it seems these days. You don't think they are so big until you get closer.

ReplyDeleteGreat photo. We have many of those in and around our area.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo, Bill, but I'm not a big fan of windmills. They kill too many birds.

ReplyDeleteWind turbins has become a most common sight across the rural countryside. It is good to have nonpolluting, renewable energy.
ReplyDeleteWind turbines are all over the place now. They are huge when you get near them. I've seen some of the blades come through town on some huge trailers.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see some in our area. They are in Eastern West Virginia, but not here, and yet we get plenty of good wind. Maybe one day
ReplyDeleteLinda imagen. Te mando un beso.

ReplyDeleteWe have also a lot of windturbines here. Have a nice weekend ! Greets
