in Falcarragh.  Last week when I was waiting for the bus, I took this photo.  Main street isn't very big/long, the vehicle is heading away from the town.

look on the bright side

the photo was taken in Killybegs last month.  When a rainbow shows up, they don't last very long.  I had to go fetch my camera and just had enough time before it disappeared.

where does the time go?

 It's been awhile.  I thought about leaving the blog behind but here I am again.  I'll be posting only a few times a week instead of every day.  With the holidays upon us, we'll be busy and then when 2026 comes around, it'll be house and dog sitting once again for the month of January and some of February.  After that I hope to be back to the normal posting procedure again.  Thanks for all your comments concerning my well being.  I am fine, time just moves too fast for me.  Have a wonderful holiday season and stay safe.

Creeslough is the home and burial place of Bridie Gallagher, a famous 20th-century Irish singer known as "Ireland's first truly international pop star" and "The Girl from Donegal". Gallagher was born near Creeslough in Ards, Co. Donegal, began her singing career in the Creeslough Hall, and is buried in the town.
