a snowy morning in Glenties. It snowed off and on all morning but by the end of the day, we had nothing. The gridders were out doing their job preventing ice from gathering on the roads.

heatwave
we are experiencing some serious heat lately and it's supposed to last until the end of next week. Today 30 C, hot and humid. We went out early in the morning 9ish and it was getting uncomfortable. On the news today I read that the tar on some of the roads was melting and causing problems. The gritters were out gritting the road in the afternoon. Hopefully there won't be any serious problems.
I passed this ad on one of the stores and thought it was appropriate for today. Stay cool and be cool. BTW those are real flowers.

foggy morning
on the way to the health clinic, a seven minute walk from our apartment. It was 9:45 when we left for my 10:00 appointment.
main street
down beside the fire station which right next to bredagh river
the Presbyterian Church
the road the clinic is on, it's just pass the stone wall on the left. The gritters were out sanding the road. It was rather slick walking,
the front frosted lawn of the health clinic. Thanks for coming along!
