waiting for our bus yesterday, this tractor went whizzing by.  This area is usually conjested with traffic so you don't see tractors here very often.  It was a nice sunny day with an actual blue sky and you don't see that too often either.

a New Holland T6080.  A common sight around town especially when moving heavy equipment around.  If they're not hauling anything, you see lots of them driven like cars.  Wonder how the high petrol prices will affect these tractors.

tight squeeze

A quick note:
A few folks have asked Shari and I to post some stories about our time living in Alaska. We are starting that now, on another blog. It begins with a photo collage of photos I took during our time there. In future, we will be sharing stories and photos about our experiences. old tractor

as I was walking up quay street this old tractor passed me and I had to quickly grab my camera.  I almost missed him completely.  Only got one shot and this is it.
