The only robin in the British Isles, Bill, is your familiar little red-breasted version, the European Robin - he of Christmas card fame. The bird you depict is a Grey Wagtail.
Robins are great around the world. I think there are three from different continents in this week's blog event at Eileen's. I posted an American robin last week.
They are lovely.

ReplyDeleteWow! You had me excited there, but I'm pretty sure that first bird is a Grey Wagtail (Yellow-Bellied Robins live in Australia!). Lovely shots anyway.
