the rain and gusty wind is causing some of the plastic covering to rip and flap around. Tying up the ripped ends helped.
I feel sorry for people who have to work out in the elements as the weather starts getting nastier this time of year. Those tarps sort of help but their shortcomings are obvious in this shot.

It really is a problem here too as the gusts of wind blew over roadwork signs - and my washing line!!

ReplyDeleteThe same happens here sometimes in Montreal. Somehow, although plastic is waterproof, it is not strong enough for those wind gusts.
