for sale

 last week the chimney was being worked on, this week it's time to paint.

    The renovation is going well. I would paint the bottom part of the building. Someone else could climb the ladder!

    Going old school with rollers. I'm accustomed to seeing painters spraying nowadays. Amazing what a fresh coat of paint will do to a place!

    Isn't it odd that we tolerate all sorts of issues with a home until we are ready to sell it, when we fix it up until it sparkles. And then we don't get to enjoy the sparkle.
