Oh my, it sure looks cold. No way would I be out there hanging up wet clothes. In my youth we hung items outside in nice weather and in the basement during the winter. I hated hanging them up, everything needed to be ironed back in the day without the nicer fabrics we have now. Once I moved out and married, I stopped hanging things outside. I LOVE my drier. Take things directly out and hang them and no need to iron....even back then before the nicer fabrics.
This works?
ReplyDeleteSurprised at this! They would be frozen surely! Mild here today though very windy again.
ReplyDeleteHa, freezing fast I guess.
ReplyDeleteA new way to make art?
ReplyDeleteNow they would be a bit stiff. Good shot.
ReplyDeletehow could that work? they probably get frozen, instead dried.
ReplyDeleteThey get frozen, they're not even good for snowmen!... Good morning! Take care of yourself... A hug. ⛄
ReplyDeleteMust be frozen indeed but a funny sight Bill.
ReplyDeleteA lot of snow where you are, Bill.
ReplyDeleteGod bless. Keep warm.
I think clothes hanging outside here would be frozen stiff.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a wonderful week ahead.
Bom dia e uma excelente segunda-feira. Aqui as roupas estariam molhadas ou quentes de calor. Mas o verão não chegou com força. Foto maravilhosa.
ReplyDeleteWonder if the clothes will freeze on the line…
ReplyDeleteWow, now this looks like someone who's had a few winters there. So interesting.

...freeze dried?
ReplyDeleteOh goodness, it looks way to cold to be hanging wash outside.
ReplyDeleteThat frozen laundry looks so cold. There is nothing so cold as a freeze dried shirt.
ReplyDeleteGreat light in this shot.
ReplyDeleteI've pulled frozen clothes off a clothes line, and loved the increased scent of wind and pure oxygen!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet they're a frozen mess by now, Bill. Love the shot!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the clothes froze?! Our snow as almost gone now, just a little left clinging to the hilltops.
ReplyDeleteFresh laundry.
ReplyDeleteI remember when I was a kid how they would be frozen solid, Bill.

I bet they're frozen! I used to do that, freeze-dry the aundry. The clothes would be so soft.
ReplyDeleteGood weather for drying clothes
ReplyDeleteWe also have strong winds tonight

ReplyDeleteI'm thinking they might come in and be pretty stiff!
ReplyDeleteGoodness! They are going to be rather stiff!
ReplyDeleteGood shot though Bill.
All the best Jan
That's something I miss... having a clothesline. I had one at our previous home, but where we are now it just isn't practical.
ReplyDeleteI do that all the time! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's too cold for that!
ReplyDeleteUy no creo que se seque la ropa con ese frio. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a cold day too.
ReplyDeleteIt works.
ReplyDeleteMust take a long time to dry!
ReplyDeleteClothes will feel fresh when dried outside in cold weather.
