But of course the question remains ... do they wear underwear ?! LOL

  5. I suspect that little bagpiping goes on these days other than at ceremonies of one kind or another. We visited Scotland a few years ago and over the ten days we were there saw but one piper and he had been hired to shill for a store which was reopening after renovations.

  12. I never think of Ireland as having pipers, nor kilted men...so perhaps there was a Scottish function happening?

  22. Leuke foto Bill, best wel apart als je zo iemand tegen komt, maar dat zal daar wel vaker voorkomen vermoed ik.Trouwens ik hou veel van die muziek van doedelzakken.

  23. Bagpipes - you either hate them or love them. I love them. Took bagpipe lessons when in Scotland. That was a long time ago and I was never very good at it!

  25. Bill - bagpipes stir my heart like no other instrument, especially when playing Amazing Grace!

  26. I am so glad Hubby got rid of his bagpipe, it was awful to hear the first tries! But we have some men in kilts in a village nearby who play.
A refreshing day to you, Bill :-)
