hand pump

I wonder if it works or is it just for decoration.

  2. The village pump used to be a feature of every village near here. Many have been preserved but I don't know of any that still works.

    We have a red one but it is just decoration.
    Haven't found a place to put it yet at Happy Trails but we will.
