Gweedore tourism

was awarded €15 million to redevelop these two properties.
Ostan Ghaoth Dobhair (Gweedore Hotel) is to be re-developed as a leisure and activity complex along with a number of “own-key luxury self-catering apartments”. A bar and restaurant will also be developed on the site.

    None too soon, by the look of it. Though if there's an appetite for tourism it makes you wonder why these two business were allowed to decline in the first place.

    The building is very nice, if it is restored it will be very comfortable and good, I do not know if in the first photo what you see is sand from a beach or simply sand, but it can be very cozy.
