the donagh river

The Donagh River is in Carndonagh and it seems to be running low.  We accessed the river via Church Road, one of the major roads in town.  The trail unfortunately needs some repair and maintenance to make it accessible for all people,  Hopefully the next time we are there it will be in better shape and we'll be able to walk further.  There is also some graffiti under the bridge area.  Sad!

  1. This spell of really warm dry weather has our rivers running low,Mao I'm already trying to go easy on our water usage.
Hope the paths are cleared for walkers soon, as it looks like a very nice place for a stroll.

  2. It looks rather like a stream not a river. I like the second picture. Greetings from sunny Bergen

  5. Taggers have no respect for anything. The river does look low.

  6. Lovely river, and I am always intrigued by old walls, with writing or not.

  8. From what I can see of it, that's a nice river. I hate graffiti, all graffiti, no matter where it's found or who did it.
