mural-ish monday

a bus window shot  I took the last time I was on a bus back in Sept.  It looks like he is standing on top of the sign but he is actually on the side of the house.
Guinness Toucan

A colorful toucan smiles serenely with one or two pints of the black stuff balanced easily on its giant beak.     Guinness. Stout. The only beer I'll drink. I've never seen the toucan before, but I like it. Optical illusions are great when photographed.

    It shows that my attraction to Guinness is poorly developed since I am totally unfamiliar with this sign. Next time I am in the liquor store picking up wine I will check in the imported beer section to see whether they carry Guinness. i suspect they do. But I don't know of anyone who drinks it. No doubt it would be a favourite for expat Irish living here.

    Nice capture. Back when I drank beer a Guinness was my choice. Fun to be in Ireland one time in a pub drinking it on my birthday and everyone there sang happy birthday to me. Great memory.

    Ah, Guinness. We toured the plant in Dublin in 2013; I'd never even heard of it before that. My husband fell in love with it, but I just don't like it beyond a sip or two. When we went back to Ireland in 2017 he had Guinness to his heart's content. I had tea, LOL.

    The beer advertising campaign from Guinness has a very good concept, different from most product advertisements. I am also amazed by your carefulness in obtaining photo objects.
