community garden

 in Ballybofey, co Donegal.  The men's shed headquarters is located there.  They run the garden and also provide plant baskets and containers for the community.  It is all run by volunteers.

  7. We have a community garden in my part of Edmonton -- right in the heart of the city where the urban poor can grow their own veggies and other things. It's quite popular.

  14. I've often been exposed to community gardens when I view Escape to the Country and have always found it amazing that everything is run by volunteers. Thanks for sharing, Bill.
