trashed, stolen or just abandoned? Saw these behind a building which houses a small grocery and plant store that had lots of trash. You can see it when you walk by.
Some useful bikes don't look abandoned, but perhaps just dropped by youngsters either going off for fun or like you mentioned, could have been stollen and used for a joy ride!
The bikes look in good condition.
ReplyDeleteGod bless, Bill.
Hi Bill.
ReplyDeleteToo bad, maybe something can be done about it.
Greetings from Patricia.
Un mezzo utilissimo, per la città, talvolta abbondonato senza motivo.
ReplyDeleteBuona giornata
It’s hard to tell if they were forgotten or left on purpose, but either way, they carry a quiet story of neglect that makes you wonder what happened.
ReplyDeleteThey look not that old, perhaps kid trouble Bill.
ReplyDeleteMaybe belong to people who work in the grocery there?
ReplyDelete...someone's trach can be another's treasure.
ReplyDeleteThe bikes seem too functional to have been abandoned.
ReplyDeleteThey look like they are in good condition. Maybe 3 people left them there and will come back to get them! :-D
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they are off playing video games for a while. What a rush, leaving them there..like this.
ReplyDeleteWho knows?
ReplyDeleteA mystery!
ReplyDeleteNO!! NOOOOooooooo - This Is My Own Personal Nightmare There Mr Bill - Humans , Damn You Humans - Enjoy Your Weekend My Man
ReplyDeleteKat Scratch Fever ,

ReplyDeleteThey look like good bikes to be just abandoned. Take care, have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe bikes look too good to be trash...but then as the saying goes, one man's trash is another man's treasure.
ReplyDeleteI used to love my bicycles, and would never treat them with such disrespect. These do look abandoned, and perhaps asking to be stollen.
ReplyDeleteWonder what the story is there, Bill.
ReplyDeletePovere biciclette come sono maltrattate!
ReplyDeleteYou wonder why stuff is left in the wrong place. Once some things are left, they start to pile up as other people think it's a place to leave stuff.
ReplyDeleteThose look like perfectly good bikes. Hopefully some kids stashed them there while they went into the store.
ReplyDeleteSad to see these abandoned bikes, Bill. Good shot!
ReplyDeleteWe wondered the same about several bikes here this morning.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of when I was a kid. We would lay our bikes down and go exploring. Great photo.
ReplyDeleteCould be kids just being untidy?
ReplyDeleteMaybe the kids are nearby.
ReplyDeleteI hope someone who needs one gets one.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the owners are close by!
ReplyDeleteUy pobres bicicletas. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteI think the bikes look in quite good condition.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I like how you notice and speculate about the story! Thanks for sharing. Aloha
ReplyDeleteSad to see.
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame to see them just there.
ReplyDeleteOne would hope that they were not stolen.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of our college campus every year at this time when the students just simply abandon their old rides.
