Smoked salmon, in the history of culinary art, is at the pinnacle of perfection. A good Montreal bagel, preferably made by a man wearing a yarmulke (critical to the texture and flavour), with artisan cream cheese and smoked salmon is an entry ticket into the realm of earthly delight. I have been there many times and shall visit again!
Enjoyed salmon earlier in the week, so I need to buy more soon. Nice looking shop.
