The people were on their way home and that is a local bus that gets them there. The local link bus sevices small communities and gets people to where they need to go.
This size we have in our little town. But usually, just for certain crowds. Sometimes, even those turn into party buses around town during the holidays. Looks like a good way to catch up with old friends you haven't seen for a while, too.
