I'd definitely share my food with my dog. A lot of people don't believe in giving a dog people food. But I gave my dog Patches some of my food every day and she lived for 18 years. I always checked to make sure it was safe for her to eat first of course. My friend gave her dog choclolate every day and it never hurt him, but that's one food that is a no no for dogs so I never gave Patches any.
