the original concept for ‘Flow’ was a celebration of the local salmon, acknowledging the town’s status as Salmon Capital of Ireland. The sculpture consists of two vertical forms based on the form of diving salmon.

It is interesting stuff. My image of Europe, however, involves statues everywhere. I always regret that we don't have that kind of historical patrimony in North America.

They are both fabulous Bill, but oh my, the first sculpture is incroyable! Wonderfully flowing lines depicting the salmon disappearing under the water ✨
