The group founded in 1998 to help women with information on health and well being, bringing women from rural areas together in a social environment for information talks, alternative medicine information etc. Aims to try and improve the health and skills of women who will benefit their families and their community.

  11. Excellent idea Bill. I think it can be difficult for young women in rural areas to keep up to date with things, let's face it the 'right way' to do things changes all the time!

  13. I like everything about this except for "alternative medicine." That's jargon for stuff that is not medicine. Alternative medicine fails the medicine test. There are some things that might bring short-term relief but a lot of it is very dangerous.
