for sale

 last week the chimney was being worked on, this week it's time to paint.

  18. Going old school with rollers. I'm accustomed to seeing painters spraying nowadays. Amazing what a fresh coat of paint will do to a place!

  22. Isn't it odd that we tolerate all sorts of issues with a home until we are ready to sell it, when we fix it up until it sparkles. And then we don't get to enjoy the sparkle.
