Idaho
I wonder if the owner is from Idaho or has connections.
I just don't know if it would be big enough to take on the ocean waves. But then I'm rather land locked..even so my neighbor's boat takes up his entire driveway and he's only taking it to the Missouri. An interesting story here, no doubt.
