  4. Aw, poor little thing. But it will give joy to someone, then maybe the birds will enjoy afterwards if filled with treats for them. And finally, turned into mulch and returned to the soil, or used for erosion control or fish habitat in a pond? So many ways to recycle a cut tree.

  12. I always feel sorry for those little baby trees, cut off in their prime..... but I suppose they give a lot of pleasure at this time of year.
