  1. For some reason big machinery fascinates me.

  2. How much work would it be if we didn't have machines!

  3. I've seen a few of those around here lately as the water company has been busy mending some leaking pipes. I'm always amazed at the skill of the digger-drivers; if I'd been at the controls Atlantic Treasures would be in danger of becoming Atlantic Ruins!

  6. Just thinking how they the men would do the footpath without the machinery - nice capture.

  9. The machine is a marvel...and seeing it on regular wheels says that it can actually travel down on a road. Here most of the diggers are on caterpiller-like treads, and are carted to a job site on the back of a trailer of some kind, rather than actually being driven down a road.

  10. It certainly looks like they could use a wider sidewalk there, Bill!

  11. The fish shop must be expecting crowds to gather.

  16. Always good to have a longer or wider foot path.

  17. I think that is good news for the fish stop. There will be more room for visitors.

  18. I love looking at big machinery. My dad was a construction worker in Ohio and they had some of the biggest machines in the world at that time. I remember him taking us to see them and my head didn't even come up to the bottom of the wheel caps on them.
